One of the CVS's goals is to bring together individuals from multiple academic disceplines as well as interest diversities who're interested in pursuing research in the visual sciences. While there are currently no open positions, when positions become available they will be listed under the appropriate category on this site. The CVS is interested in hiring individuals who will aid in the pursuit of the NEI guidelines for vision research in both the research and clinical settings.

Faculty

Faculty positions at UC Davis and the Center for Visual Sciences include Assistant and Associate Professorship positions, full professorships, as well as medical doctor positions at the UCDMC.

Individual CVS faculty members have postdoctoral positions for well qualified individuals interests in the same research areas.

Staff positions include laboratory manager, technician, and research associate positions, depending on the needs of the center or individual laboratories.
